Five Forks Fellowship (50+) Ministry Christmas Banquet

Friday, December 15…11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Activities:  Carol singing, Christmas puzzles/scrambles, and more.

Buffet Cost:  $20/person including gratuity.  If paying by check, please make out to Five Forks Church with “FFF Christmas Buffet” on the memo line.  Checks or cash are to be given to Sandy Gray by December 10th.  Please do not include payment in your ‘offering’ check to the church.  Thank you.
