Celebrate Recovery is a biblically-based recovery program that addresses all types of hurts, habits, and hang-ups. It emphasizes not only personal responsibility but also a spiritual commitment to Jesus Christ, as our personal Savior and Higher Power. Celebrate Recovery utilizes the biblical truth that we need each other in order to grow spiritually and emotionally.
Celebrate Recovery is forward-looking in focusing on the future by making wise choices now and depending on Christ’s power to change lives. It also a Christian leadership factory. Because it is biblical and church-based, it produces a stream of people with changed lives that serve local congregations.
How It Works
In order to gain the full benefits of Celebrate Recovery, participants are encouraged to attend the large group and open share groups and to fellowship in the Celebration Café on Tuesday nights and participate in a step study group on another night or day of the week. In large group, we hear teachings on the 8 principles and the 12 Christ-centered steps and personal testimonies of changed lives. Open share groups provide recovery-specific issues and solutions while step study groups provide an opportunity to thoroughly work through the steps in a group setting rather than alone.
Celebrate Recovery is for the Whole Family
While the adults and parents are attending worship time and open share groups, childcare is provided using the Celebration Station program for preschool through the 6th grade and The Landing for teenagers. Children love Celebration Station, and teens flock to The Landing for fellowship and to have a safe place to deal with their own issues.
Come as You are… It will Change Your Life!
