A Holy Atmosphere
You probably know that God’s design of the Earth’s atmosphere is a relatively thin system of gases and particles that envelopes our planet and is held in place by gravity. It’s essential for life as we know it. Well, the assessment of the atmosphere, or culture, of a church starts with each one of us taking a hard, honest look inward to see what our effect is on this culture we call Five Forks Church. This week Pastor Brady is kicking off a multi-week series called “Becoming Tov” with the first sermon entitled “The Power of Culture.” You will have to join us this Sunday to find out what “Tov” means as we look to allow the Holy Spirit to transform each one of us towards becoming Tov. After all, our atmosphere here needs to be held in place by Jesus and reflective of Him – He is essential for life as we know it. See you Sunday!
One more thing – we want to thank the Five Forks Students for leading our worship services last week – they are an amazing group that warms our hearts with hope in the next generation of believers. Great work FFSM! They reminded all of us to keep spending time talking with the One that loves us the most!
