Hi-yo, Silver! Away…wait…
Some of you may remember the signature opening of this classic TV, movie, cartoon, or radio show called The Lone Ranger. Well, he wasn’t really “lone”, because even the Lone Ranger had a faithful companion named Tonto. Together they would look out for one another as they fought for justice in the old west. You may be asking yourself, what does this have to do with this week’s sermon? Well, this Sunday, Pastor Shaun will continue to lead us in the sermon series called The Great Pilgrimage with the message entitled Created for Community as we continue to explore the Songs of Ascent in Psalms. This week we will unpack Psalm 133 which speaks to the importance and necessity of community with one another, not only inside, but also outside the walls of Five Forks Church. Let’s not be lone rangers – let’s walk this journey of faith together.
