Goodness and Mercy
 
It’s Palm Sunday, and when we gather together we’ll reflect on Jesus’ arrival in Jerusalem. We’ll observe communion and conclude our sermon series on Psalm 23.  Pastor Shaun’s message is titled Goodness and Mercy and our Scripture text is Psalm 23:5-6.  The passage begins with these words:  “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies…” which introduces various questions.  We’ll look into this, and what else is found in verses 5 and 6 before entering into a time of communion.  
 
Communion will be similar to what we do on Christmas Eve, with all those receiving communion coming to the front to receive the bread and cup before returning to their seat.
