Am I a Grumbler?
We check our hair, our weight, our blood pressure, and many other things. Do you ever check or think about how much you grumble (and complain)? We’ve all done it, we all do it. What differs is how much each of us grumbles, and the things we grumble about.
So how is it with you?
Do you feel you grumble and complain a lot or a little?
What kind of things are you most likely to grumble about?
This Sunday as we resume our series Letter From a Roman Prison, Pastor Shaun’s topic will be grumbling. Among other things, we’ll look at Paul’s instructions to “Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so you may become blameless and pure, children of God in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky…” Our Scripture text is found in Philippians 2:12-30. Be sure to read this passage before Sunday as we prepare our hearts and minds in anticipation of what God wants to teach us.
