Our sermon series is called A Page Turner, and last Sunday we saw how Ruth was having a great day out in the field. She’s coming home with a lot of grain.
Naomi doesn’t know this, however. She’s sitting at home in a dark place, having lost her husband and two sons. She’s thinking, “How can God’s love be real in the face of so much pain?” And she comes to the conclusion that His love can’t be real, at least not for her. So when Ruth steps inside the door that evening, Naomi is completely unprepared for what happens next.
Pastor Bill’s message is titled Naomi’s Revival, and we’ll be looking at what brought about a complete transformation in her life. Be sure to join us this Sunday, either In-Person on over the Live Stream. Be sure to read Ruth 2:18-23 before you come or before tuning in.
Go HERE at 8:00 and/or 9:45 in order to view the live stream.
Go HERE for a copy of the bulletin for the Sunday services (8:00 service and 9:45), which contains the song lists and the outline for this week’s message.
Finally, just a reminder of our standard protocol:
If you find yourself in a high-risk category, it would be wise to view the service via the live stream.
Please remain at home if you do not feel well or if you have been around someone who has not been well, and again, be sure to join us by viewing the live stream.
We will continue to ask that everyone (except for health reasons) wear a mask as you enter and as you leave.
Please continue to practice physical distancing at all times.
Even as we are seated in every other row, please go out of your way to establish a generous amount of distance between yourself and others when choosing your seat. The room is large enough for us to spread out quite a bit.
While we encourage physical distancing, this does not mean that we discourage socializing with one another. Please greet and engage with one another from a safe distance as you come and go, even as you sit in your seat.
While we don’t often have people sitting in the front row or rows, it would probably be wise to avoid the rows close to the front due to the proximity of those singing on stage.
When using the restroom, please wash your hands thoroughly. Please continue to make use of the hand sanitizer that we have in the foyer and in the Auditorium.
Thank you, and we’re looking forward to worshipping Jesus with you this Sunday!
