This Sunday is Christmas Sunday, also the 4th Sunday of Advent. Each week of Advent we have been looking at Jesus through the eyes of Joseph…Simeon…the Shepherds. This Sunday Pastor Shaun brings the message as we look at Jesus Through The Eyes of Mary. Mary’s story reminds us that our faith doesn’t need to be overly complicated, in fact, Mary’s response to God is so simple: “Yes, I am your servant. May your word be fulfilled in me.” What a great example for anyone who desires to follow Jesus! This week it will be LB Belella, Sean Bockstie, Christina and Dustin Martin who will open the service with a few songs – Hark! The Herald Angels Sing…What Child is This? – that will prepare us for the study of God’s word. Just as we have done in previous weeks, the sermon will begin with a short monologue, this Sunday performed by Rachel Hovis in the role of Mary. IMPORTANT! This Sunday, please tune in to the live-stream around 9:15, about 10 minutes earlier than usual. Pastor Brady will be posting some pictures of “snow creations” he recently received from some of our teens and others in our church family. Go HEREin order to view the live-stream. Go HEREfor an outline for this week’s message. Don’t forget to let us know how many communion cups (that contain both the juice and bread) and candles you will need in order to participate with us during the live stream of the 4:00 Christmas Eve Service. Monday is the last day to place your order, and you can do so by going HERE. We will miss seeing you here in person this Sunday, but we will be encouraged to know that many of you will be joining us from your homes!
