Are you good at saying “Thank You”?

As we draw closer to Thanksgiving, we will gather together in the Auditorium this Sunday morning to hear Pastor Shaun bring a message on Expressing Thanks.   Shaun’s sermon series is titled The Art of Contentment, and learning how to express thanks can have a great impact when it comes to learning to be content.
Pastor Bill brings the message – Overcoming Fear – in the Chapel service at 11.    The series is called Ancient Words, Ever True, and this Sunday we’ll look at David, who had every reason to know fear due to the fact that people were out to kill him.  And yet David was able to say, “The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear?”   We’ll talk about how Jesus allows us to have this same spirit of peace, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.
