The Extraordinary Becomes Ordinary

This Sunday morning – Christmas Sunday – we will be holding 2 services, both at 9:30.

Pastor Bill brings the message – And So This is Christmas – in the Auditorium.   John, an apostle and dear friend of Jesus, wrote the following:
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our own eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched – this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it…”
It’s a remarkable testimony, especially those words “…and our hands have touched.”   You see, it’s one thing to see something and to hear something…but when you’re talking touch, you’re taking it to a whole different level.   John saw, heard and touched Jesus. The implications are huge!
And for this to happen, the extraordinary had to become ordinary.   Bill’s Scripture text will come from I John 1:1-4.
Pastor Brian brings the message – The Glory of the Lord Revealed –  in the Chapel (remember, also at 9:30).    Brian’s Scripture text is found in Luke’s gospel, chapter 2 verses 1 through 14.
Main points: The Time was Set…The Time to be Born…The Time for Good News.
