I Want to Know What Love Is

After taking several weeks to look at different aspects of conflict and division in the Corinthian church, this Sunday morning we turn our attention to I Corinthians 13 and discover what love is.   Verses 4 through 7 describe what love is, and what love isn’t.   (This week Pastor Ray will have us focus on what love is; next week we’ll look at what love isn’t.)
Ray’s message is titled “Love That Conquers Conflict” and we’ll be looking at 7 attributes of love that are described in positive terms.
Pastor Bill brings the message – Contemplating Your Navel? – at 11:00 over in the Chapel.   Our Scripture text is I Corinthians 12, where Paul addresses the matter of Spiritual gifts.
