Refuge – A Night of Worship

You may recall that back in March a group of individuals from our church family committed to making comforters to share with the Mennonite Central Committee for world-wide distribution to refugees and many in need from various countries.
It was an exciting opportunity for us to partner with MCC, as they are able to ship to a number of countries that are not easily accessed.
Many of you contributed fabric and other supplies, while some of you made monetary donations to help with this effort.
A week from this Sunday (on October 9th) we will gather in the Multi-Purpose Room for a night of worship, recognizing Christ as our ultimate refuge and thanking Him for the opportunity and privilege we had to participate in this outreach endeavor.  We will pray for “home, healing, and hope” for those who continue to seek refuge.
Please join us on Sunday evening, October 9th from 7:00 until 8:00 for this night of worship.
