As much as many of us would like for summer to never end…it’s gradually winding down. And this means that there are numerous changes/events that will soon be taking place. Here’s a brief rundown:

CHILDREN

This Sunday (August 21^st) – Promotion Sunday. Many of our children will be moving up a level into a new class.

Wednesday, August 31^st – AWANA Club Year begins (6:45 – 8:15) and runs through April.

ADULTS

This Evening – Adult Bible Study Resumes (normally held in the Auditorium, will be held in the Chapel this evening.) Beginning next week this Mid-Week Study will start being held 2 nights: Wednesday/Thursday. Pastor Brian leads a study titled “Are We Living in the Last Days?”

YOUTH

Next Wednesday, August 24^th (6:30-8:30) – Welcome Night at the home of Jeff & Beth Reecher for teens entering 7^th and 8^th grade…at the home of Chris & Jennifer Bumbaugh for teens entering 9^th – 12^th grade.

Wednesday, August 31^st – Kick-off night and Tailgating Party just outside the Chapel for the youth group.
