“Oh, What’s the Use?”

Is the sin around you or the sin that is in your life so great that you cannot see the sense of fighting it? This week Pastor Ray brings the message – The Rhythm of the Broom – as we continue our study of the book of Daniel. Our Scripture text is Daniel chapter 6, and Ray will challenge us to listen to God’s call to trust and live.
“The message to Daniel’s people and to us is that our hope in God is not misplaced. Though we may have to wait to see the results of our faithfulness—and may never see them until we are with him—our God will accomplish his purposes. So we trust him and live for him.”
Pastor Adam brings the message – The Hand of God – in the Chapel at 11. Our Scripture text is Daniel chapter 5.   Chapter 5 contains the fantastic story of The Hand of God appearing and writing on a wall in the midst of a King Belshazzar’s “party.” The Hand brings a message that takes its place as “one of the most harrowing communiqués in all of literature and all of history.”
