Our Summer Sermon Series is called “The Gospel According to Daniel.”   For the past four weeks – the first 4 chapters of Daniel – we’ve followed the earliest years of Daniel’s captivity in Babylon under the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar.

This Sunday Pastor Adam will be bringing the message from Daniel, chapter 5.   Nebuchadnezzar has been dead for 23 years. 3 successive kings have come and gone. Daniel is now in his 80’s.

Chapter 5 contains the fantastic story of The Hand of God appearing and writing on a wall in the midst of a King Belshazzar’s “party.” The Hand brings a message that takes its place as “one of the most harrowing communiqués in all of literature and all of history.”     God has given Adam a great message for us and you’ll not want to miss it.

Pastor Bill brings the message from Daniel chapter 4 in the Chapel service at 11:00. His message is titled “I AM”. We’ll be looking at the merciful message that God sent to Nebuchadnezzar, the merciful message He sends to us. We’ll close by being reminded that we have a merciful God who is for us.

At some point during all 4 of our Sunday morning services, there will be a short presentation given highlighting the work performed by our Missions Team in Belize a little over a week ago.
