There are two capital improvement projects taking place this week at the church.  The upper entrance (to the Food Pantry/Clothes Closet and upper parking lot) is being widened and repaved.  This entrance will be closed this Sunday and so everyone will need to enter and exit using the main entrance at the front of the church.  The steps leading into the Chapel are also being redone this week (see below). There is a possibility that this work will be finished in time for Sunday services.

THIS SUNDAY

Our summer sermon series is called “The Gospel According to Daniel” and we come to Daniel chapter 3.   Here we read about the image of gold and the fiery furnace. And by the end of Pastor Adam’s sermon on Sunday, we’ll see that the main image in this chapter is not the tower of gold but The Image of God.   Join us in the Auditorium at 8:00…9:30…or 11:00.
